Any score, percentage or ranking the app shows is a computed indicator to help you prioritise review:

• The match score reflects how closely a searched name resembles a listed name.
• The risk score reflects the context of the listed record, such as the sanctioning authority, jurisdiction and subject type.

A score is not an automated decision about any person, not a statement that the person or entity you searched is the listed one, and not a confirmation of identity. A qualified person must review and decide before you act on any result.

Screening results may be incomplete or delayed and may contain false matches or miss genuine ones. Official lists change continually, including between our refresh cycles, so the data reflects the most recent refresh we have processed and may not capture the very latest additions, amendments or removals.

You must independently confirm any potential match against the official source list published by the relevant authority before you take or refuse any action, and you remain solely responsible for your compliance decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that screening will identify every relevant party or that results are error-free. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You are responsible for your own sanctions, anti-money-laundering and wider compliance obligations. A result from the app must not be used as the sole basis for refusing, withdrawing or denying a service to a person, and a potential match must not be treated as a confirmed identification, without independent verification against the official source.
